The apartment provides you with a comfortable household. Access to the apartment is by both elevator and stairs. There is a large light-filled living area with views over Campo San Provolo to the ancient church of San Zaccaria. A separate spacious dining room that seats 8 people leads into a modern galley kitchen, with up to date appliances, an espresso coffee maker and dishwasher. There are parquetry floors throughout, with tall double-glazed windows and shutters in an airconditioned space.
There are two double bedrooms. The principle bedroom has standard queen-sized bed and a large private ensuite. The guest bedroom has two beds which can be made up as a split king sized bed, or two single beds. It has a separate bathroom. The laundry contains modern Miele washer and dryer, as well as ironing facilities.
